Childbirth Education Classes

I offer small and private ICEA Evidence Based Childbirth Education Classes. We discuss Pregnancy * Birth plan * Breastfeeding * Infant Safety * Birth Options * Comfort Measures * Doulas * Natural and medicated birth options* Postpartum care and much more.  These classes are a great place to ask any questions you have and feel more confident in your birth and parenting journey. I offer flexible class sizes and schedules. This Hospital Birth class takes about 8 hours of class time typically 4 classes 2 hours each. But can be adjusted for individual needs.  

This is an add on to the Childbirth Education Class. In this class we cover; How to calm a fussy baby * Diapering * Bathing * Feeding * Carriers * Sleep, and much more, babies are welcome in class.  This is an additional 3hour class in Rapid City

This Homebirth class is specifically for those having a homebirth. This class is shorter than the full Childbirth Education Class. We will discuss and practice. *Labor positions *Comfort measures * Waterbirth * Breastfeeding * Pushing * Home Prep * Postpartum care* and much more This class is taught as a 4-hour class in sitting in Rapid City.
