Childbirth Education Classes

I offer  Evidence Based Childbirth Classes. We discuss Pregnancy * Birth plan * Breastfeeding * Infant Safety * Birth Options * Comfort Measures * Doulas * Natural and medicated birth options* Postpartum care and much more.  These classes are a great place to ask any questions you have and feel more confident in your birth and parenting journey.  I offer this class 1 Saturday morning a month from 8am to 12pm, and it is offered for  those delivering at a  Homebirth or  a Hospital Birth. 

This is an add on to the Childbirth Education Class. In this class we cover; How to calm a fussy baby * Diapering * Bathing * Feeding * Carriers * Sleep, and much more, babies are welcome in class.  This is an additional 3hour class in Rapid City
